Consultation
We’ll kick things off with a consultation call. I’m excited to hear what glaze colors you’re interested in, an estimate of the square footage, and a rough install date.

Custom Samples
Based on our discussion, I’ll send out any needed custom samples.

Finalize Details
We’ll finalize the square footage, glaze colors/ pattern, tile shape, tile size and where the finished project will be shipped.

Contract
You’ll sign contract and send a deposit. You’re now on my calendar and your ship date has been finalized!

Tile Creation
I’ll get to work creating the tiles, based on details from you.
